There are three kinds of products/services available at the Parallels Partner Storefront:

  • applications;
  • SSL certificates;
  • domain registration.
Depending on the product/service you purchased, follow the instructions below to have your order/license cancelled.


If you would like to have your license subscription terminated, contact Parallels Customer Service. Make sure you provide your order, invoice or subscription number.

Once the license is terminated, your account will not be charged for it anymore.

SSL certificates

First of all, you should contact the certificate authority with a request to revoke your certificate. Here you can find the authorities' contact information:


When the certificate is revoked, the authority will send you confirmation. Then you should submit a cancellation request for Parallels Customer Service including the confirmation and your order details.


Accidentally registered domain can be cancelled and deleted by Parallels Customer Service within the deletion grace period provided by the appropriate registry. This grace period varies as follows:

.UK domains - 2 days from the domain creation
.COM, .NET,.ORG, .BIZ, .INFO, .US, CA. domains - 5 days from the domain creation

If a domain was registered more than 2 days / 5 days ago, it cannot be cancelled.
