Resolution

To upgrade from Plesk domain to Plesk Client subscription it should be possible to perform the following procedure:
  • create complete Plesk domain backup on Plesk Server
  • terminate Plesk domain subscription on subscription properties screen using 'Terminate' button, after clicking on 'Terminate' button subscription will be placed into Termination queue on Top > Account Director > Subscription Manager > Subscriptions > Termination queue tab where it could be terminated using 'Destroy' button and selecting (very important) Keep target system option
  • information about the changes should be fetched from Plesk node withing 20 minutes, to forcibedly fetch new information you may use Synchronize now button on Top > Service Director > Plesk Manager > Nodes > Plesk node name > General Settings screen for Plesk node running the Plesk domain
  • create new Plesk client subscription using Resolve link for Plesk client running the Plesk domain in Plesk Conflict resolver on Top > Migration Director > Conflicts Resolver > Plesk Clients screen
