Dependencies and Pre-Requisites

The Microsoft Lync Server 2013 Hosting Pack Integration 1.1 Application Packages require POA 5.4.7 or later.

New Parameter 'Require Phone Number for Enterprise Voice' Is Added

A new parameter 'Require Phone Number for Enterprise Voice' is added to the 'Microsoft Lync Hosting Pack' Resource Type global settings. When the parameter is switched off, the user with the enabled Voice support can make outgoing calls even without the assigned phone number. By turning this parameter on, a provider disables Enterprise Voice unless a phone number is assigned to the user. In this case, the following message is displayed at the Voice tab of the user in CCP: "Telephony is disabled. Assign a phone number to enable outgoing and incoming calls."
