The provider, resellers, or customers receive blank email notifications from Odin Business Automation Standard (OBAS).
For example, if customers reset their password, they will receive an empty email message with the subject "Reset authorization code for <customer name>."
In OBAS Provider CC you can also see empty message body for the notification.

Other notifications may also have blank message bodies.
The notification template files have incorrect permissions settings.
OBAS message templates are stored as <message template id>.tmpl files in the /var/opt/hspc-event-manager/<0 or reseller id>/ directory.
Make sure that all files inside the directory have correct ownership and permissions settings:
Owner: apache Group: apache Permission: rw-r--r-- (644) # ls -la /var/opt/hspc-event-manager/0/164.tmpl -rw-r--r-- 1 apache apache 7515 Mar 26 16:22 /var/opt/hspc-event-manager/0/164.tmpl
Use the following commands to set the ownership and permissions for all notification templates:
[root@pbas42 ~]# chown apache:apache /var/opt/hspc-event-manager/0/* [root@pbas42 ~]# chmod 644 /var/opt/hspc-event-manager/0/*
If there is a problem with the reseller notification templates, replace the "0" value in the path with the reseller ID.
