Symptoms

Vendor (Provider or Reseller) cannot import Online Store in PBA-E control panel, the following error occurs: 'Store package is incomplete'

Resolution

Verify structure of Online Store archive you are trying to import in PBA-E, it must be as follows:
store.zip - ZIP-ped archive with Online Store content
|_css - folder
| |_general.css - file
| |...
|_images - folder
| |_1.gif
| |...
|_lang - folder
| |_en.inc
| |...
|_templates - folder
| |_ovrall_wrapper.tpl
| |...
config.ini - configuration file of the Online Store
image-list.txt - list of images


So, ZIP-archive should contain folders (css, images, lang, templates), files in these folders and files right in the root of archive.

To solve the problem with Online Store importing do the following:
  • Extract ZIP-archive with content of the Online Store
  • Make sure that content of Online Store is placed in ZIP-archive in the format shown above, Store content should not be placed into any sub-folder in archive
  • Make sure there are no empty lines in language file(s), e.g. lang/en.inc
  • Make sure there are no empty lines in the file image-list.txt
After you checked possible reasons of problem listed above and corrected them you may put Store content into ZIP-archive again and try to import it in PBA-E control panel.
