"Recover Password" function does not work in PVA

Attempt to recover the lost password of the virtual environment's administrative account in Power Panel via "Forgot your password?" link shows error message "Incorrect user or email address" or "An invalid e-mail or username. Please try again".

The proper email address in the field Contact email is not specified, available in the screen Power Panel > Preferences.


Add a correct email address in Power Panel Preferences:

Power Panel->Preferences

Please note: specify the contact email by logging into Power Panel directly, using the URL of the environment's Power Panel - (change to the real IP address of the container of the virtual machine) and not by opening Power Panel from PVA interface.
