Resolution

You can change billing period of the subscription or/and billing date by generating a renewal order manually at Business Director > Billing Manager > Subscriptions > Select subscription > Generate renewal order screen.
Also you can change billing date for a particular Account at Business Director > Account Manager > Accounts > Select Account > Financial info. You may check this article in HSPcomplete Provider's Guide for detailed information regarding changing Billing day for a particular Account.
