Provider need to find out root MySQL password of shared database server managed by POA.

Since MySQL database server is being managed by POA the root MySQL password must be known for POA. The password may be found in POA Provider CP in database server properties.

Assuming that MySQL server is working in a Virtuozzo container root MySQL password may be found in POA CP at Top > Service Director > Virtuozzo Manager > VPSs > click on the needed server > switch to the tab 'Packages' > click on the icon with symbol 'i' right to the name of MySQL package > switch to the tab 'Package properties' > the password you need is shown in the parameter 'Operator password'.

If MySQL server is installed on a physical server then you need to look for it at Top > Deployment Director > Server Manager > Hardware Nodes.

Please note that this article is related to root MySQL password, not to the system root user of MySQL server.
