Reseller logged into their PBA-S RCC (Reseller Control Center) to set up SSL certificate which will be used for their public site and Online Store. They went to Top > Configuration Director > Miscellaneous Settings and found that there is no 'SSL Setup' item in this section which is referred to in documentation.


The item 'SSL Setup' is absent in the reseller's menu because corresponding permission ii disabled in role of staff member reseller is using to log into RCC.


To solve the problem either reseller has to log into RCC under the user who has permission to configure SSL or Provider need to enable this permission in the role of staff member the reseller use.

To enable permission to configure SSL Provider needs to do the following:
  • Log into PCC
  • Go to Top > Configuration Director > Security Manager > Setup
  • Switch to the tab 'Reseller Permissions'
  • Click on the needed role
  • In the section 'Permissions' expand the tree Configuration Director > Miscellaneous Settings and enable item 'SSL Setup'
  • Click the button 'OK'
Reseller must re-login into their RCC for the changes to take effect.
