Customer logged into their PBA-E control panel, went to Top > Upgrade Wizard > Buy Additional Resource, chose subscription and they want to place order on resource upgrade.
However it appear the customer cannot place order on upgrade of the needed resource(s), neither 'Upgrade' nor 'Downgrade' links appear right to the resource thus making it impossible to place upgrade/downgrade order.
Have a look at the value in the field 'Status' for the needed resource. If status of the resource is 'Ordered' this means that either upgrade or downgrade unprocessed order already exists for this resource and PBA-E does not allow to place new order for the resource in such situation, an existing order must be processed first.
Process existing upgrade or downgrade order for the needed resource, after that it will be possible to place new upgrade/downgrade order.
