Symptoms

Customer placed order on license which cannot be processed. In the file /usr/local/bm/log/KAGATE.log the error message like below is logged:

No "1 User for VPS (Lease) to 5 Users for VPS (Lease)" entry in the client's pricelist

Cause

The reason of problem is that corresponding license class or feature is absent in the so called pricelist of PKA account which is configured in PKA plug-in in PBA-E. Thus, license which PBA-E is trying to create in PKA is just not available for the used account.

Resolution

Provider needs to contact their Parallels Sales representative to add desired license class or feature into their account in Parallels Key Administrator.
