Provider created Service Template for Linux Shared Hosting in POA with the following resources and their attributes:
- Apache Hosting (attribute 'Apache')
- Diskspace (attribute 'Apache')
- File Manager (attribute 'FileManager')
- Traffic (no attribute assigned)
Provider has Linux Shared Hosting server web01.provider.com with the 'Apache' attribute assigned (and marked as 'Ready to provide') and File Manager host fm01.provider.com with the 'FileManager' attribute assigned, this seems to be correct configuration.
However, subscription provisioning fails with error message:
There is no valid resources dependency combination found. Attributes: FileManager.
File Manager requires the diskspace resource for provisioning and in current configuration POA cannot provision 'File Manager' resource on File Manager host because the host does not have the 'Apache' attribute assigned to it.
The 'Diskspace' resource has the 'Apache' attribute assigned, so it will be provisioned on the host with this attribute attached - web01.provider.com, therefore this resource cannot be provisioned on the host where File Manager is working - fm01.provider.com. That is why POA throws error message that valid combination of resources cannot be found.
Remove the 'Apache' attribute from the 'Diskspace' resource, as a result POA will be able to provision diskspace on host with File Manager service installed.
