Resolution

HSPcomplete creates a reverse zone only if an IP range is defined as IP pool. Using a 'foreign' IP address for a hostname won't create a reverse zone even if a domain is managed by HSPcomplete.

However since a reverse zone is not stored in the database you can define it manually in the

/var/named/named.zones

file on master . Such zone will become available in Domain Manager and necessary configuration changes will be made on slave(s) "automatically". HSPc has no idea that something is changed. So after adding zone(s) manually please add some fake domain. It will initialize named.zones file's update on slaves. Fake domain can be destroyed later.

Reverse zones management is only able to handle class 'C' network - ie. if you define a zone

0/26.195.254.254.in-addr.arpa

it won't be available in Domain manager.
