Symptoms

Provider created service plan and assigned service terms with the following conditions:
Subscription Grace Period (days) 7
Subscription Hold Period (days) 14
Destroy Service after Hold Period No

Customer ordered trial subscription in the Online Store for the service plan with above mentioned service terms.

After trial subscription period passed PBA-E terminated subscription without taking into account grace and hold period.

Resolution

Trial subscriptions are not subject to service terms Provider configured in PBA-E. After a trial subscription expires, it is stopped and destroyed in a day, without respect to grace and hold period set in service terms assigned to a service plan.
