Resolution

Problem/Summary
When creating a site in Helm you can get 404 or application errors when the path to the ASP.NET engine is incorrectly configured in Helm, or these type of applications have been prohibited.

Solution
You need to check the ASP.NET path under the Helm Web Service and make sure that it is pointing to the correct folder.

You can find the Helm Web Service here:

Home > System Settings > Servers > Your Server > Web Service

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.xxxx\aspnet_isapi.dll

In IIS6 under the "Web Service Extensions" folder you must switch Active Server Pages to "Allowed".
