Symptoms

Although Sitebuilder Admin links can be seen on Plesk's left panel it is not possible to activate Sitebuilder site publishing on a particular domain's hosting setup page.

The following error is displayed in Plesk:

"Cannot publish site with Sitebuilder: Sitebuilder User does not exist.

Resolution

To allow Plesk clients use Sitebuilder following actions should be performed:

1. Open Client preferences page.

2. Enable Create Sitebuilder User option in Sitebuilder support section.

3. Open Physical hosting setup page for domain.

4. Enable Publish site with Sitebuilder in Sitebuilder support section.
