1. You may use the Action Log to view the HSPcomplete system logs in the Provider's Control Center on the Top > Action Log screen. The list of actions displays the following information:
  • Action ID (assigned automatically to an action by HSPcomplete)
  • Result, Action status: In Progress, Success, or Failed
  • Object Name - Hardware Node, VE, template, order, etc.
  • Action - the action performed
  • Initiator - username and email address
  • Initiator's IP address
  • The date and time an action was started
To view more detailed information about every object involved in a particular action, click on its name.

Also, you may use the following log files inside the HSPcomplete server under the following directory: /var/log/hspc
  • hspc.log - full log with debug messages, trace messages, and SQL statements (verbosity level is controlled on Top > System Director > Configuration Manager > Log Settings screen)
  • vzagent.log - log of intercommunications between HSPcomplete and Virtuozzo Agent (VZagent) on Hardware Node(s)
  • vzcoll.log - Virtuozzo collector log
  • vzcoll-debug.log - Virtuozzo collector log with debug messages
  • vzcoll-vza.log - log of intercommunications between Virtuozzo collector and VZagent
  • vzamux.log - log of VZagent multiplexer
Incoming and outgoing emails from HSPcomplete system are also logged and accessible on the Top > Configuration Director > Logging and Errors > E-Mails Logs screen.
