Urchin stats are not updating for domains that are on windows servers - this problem is actual for Parallels Hsphere 3.1 and prior to Parallels Hsphere 3.2p1


It is necessary to replace Urchin4Resource.class by using  Urchin4Resource.class from attached file
  1. Login to CP via ssh as root
  2. Backup original file   hsphere/local/home/cpanel/hsphere/WEB-INF/classes/psoft/hsphere/resource/Urchin4Resource.class
  3. Create/copy attached file Urchin4Resource.class in hsphere/local/home/cpanel/hsphere/WEB-INF/classes/psoft/hsphere/resource/
It is necessary to replace original ~cpanel/shiva/shiva-templates/common/domain/urchin4.config with the attached one, and then please restart your CP. (this fix  problem with further urchin domains)

Now, using our tool you can update urchin profiles

su -l cpanel
java -a '2188006'

where 2188006 is ID of affected account  (account ID you may find in CP interface, in result window of search by account name , in admin CP interface -> Search -> Search In Resellers
set needful account name in User name field )

If tool changed Remote settings in urchin profile correctly and urchin can download log files from winbox you can reconfig all domains on needful windows server 

java -Xms64M -Xmx512M -a all -s ID

where ID it is ID of affected windows logical server

or you can run reconfig for all domains

java -Xms64M -Xmx512M -a all
