Odin technical support is paid service. If you do not have a support contract, you should purchase a Per Incident ticket. It is offered at $74.99 and can be purchased at the following page:
Once the purchase of the Per Incident Support is completed, a new ticket will be created with Odin Technical Support and you will receive an e-mail with the new ticket number. Please reply to that ticket with your issue description for further technical assistance.
Alternatively, you can purchase a bundle of support tickets. Support Ticket Bundles are valid for 1 year for a number of incidents (10, 20, or 50) and allow getting support for different Odin products. Once you purchase such a bundle, support contract will be created for you.
