[08:16:25] BESUserAdmin::main - Error running client. Please check the following:
a. BlackBerry User Administration Service is running
b. Correct network address (or computer name) of where the service is running (i.e. -n <network address>)
c. Correct BES instance to administer (i.e. -b <BES instance>) ', Error Code = -1" code="0x80131500" executeSeqNo="1">
<errorSource namespace="BESProvider" procedure="getUser"/></errorContext></response>]'.

If version of the 'BESUserAdminClient.exe' utility on MPS server does not match the version of BES server part it may be the reason of problem - client just can not connect to server part due to mismatched versions.

Put right version of the 'BESUserAdminClient.exe' utility from BES distrib (it may be located on BES server) on MPS server to the path provided in the failed task properties.
