Resolution

First, please make sure you have entirely updated Mac OS X software and all firmware is installed on your Macintosh computer. If the message appears again, follow the steps below:
  1. Close Parallels Desktop for Mac if it’s running.
  2. Put your Macintosh computer to sleep mode (Apple - Sleep).
  3. Wait about 2 minutes.
  4. Wake up your Mac.
  5. Try to start Parallels Desktop for Mac again.
Repeat this procedure each time after you reboot your Mac OS X.
