Why cant I remove my catch_all alias or add new email users?


Please make sure that the VDS in question does not have more than one Catch-all alias.If there are more than 1 aliases it will not work.
The maximum catch all aliases per VDS should be one.

Please remove one of the catch_all aliases:
Open /etc/mail/virtusertable with a text editor such as VI,

Catch all alias should look like:      username

make sure that only one such record exist.

You should now be able to create a new email user or remove the alias.
