Installation of the Shared SSL Enterprise Client Failed

 

Resolution


It may be due to the communication problem between the HTTP port 80 connections to the shared SSL server while the HTTPS connection port 443 is working fine. It is probably done by some change of a firewall.


Since Sphera APIs are sent via HTTP, when installing Shared SSL Server its very important to check all HTTP connections to the shared SSL server are opened.


The ports that needs to be open between the Shared SSL Server and the VDS are :


Port 80


Port 443


Check the following :


(SD IP) <= => (Shared SSL SD IP)


(SD IP) <= => (Shared SSL VDS IP)
