Some RPM's and spec files released by Sphera for security fixes depend on previous versions

In order to install a previous version please follow the guidelines:

1. Setup:

Download and place the old RPM's in a local repository on your machine. The RPMs are either located at Red Hat inventory or released by Sphera.

Note: Do not install the RPM's, the RPM tool will perform all required operations

2. Installing packages using the RPM tool:

  1. If required by the RPM tool, the installation of the RPMs requires that ServerDirector is stopped:
Execute sphadmin and select option 11 from the menu.
  2. To install RPMs execute:
    <SD_BASE>/bin/sd_rpm_manager -u --all --spec-url --spec-user hd37i201  --spec-passwd ksdhew54 --rpm-url <local repository used in step 1>
  3. Start ServerDirector (if stopped at step 2 above):
Execute sphadmin and select option 10 from the menu.
