The Error means that Imail dll (ImailApi.dll) is not registered on server.

(DLL files should be registered on the Operating System in order to function).

In order to register the file you should log in the Imail server and do the following steps:

1. Find imailapi.dll
2. Run "regsvr32 imailapi.dll to register this DLL again (from Start >> Run).
3. Run "Dcomperm.exe" tool (from Start >> Run), in order to set appropriate permissions (the file is attached to this article).

If this doesn't help you should download the OLEView tool from Microsoft and do the following:

1.Install the OLEViewer tool .
2. Open OLEVIEWER (usually located at C:\MSTools\Bin\OLEView.exe)
3. In the left pane, go to "ALL objects", locate and click on the object "ImailServer Class",
4. In the right pane choose the "Implementation" tab and check the "Use Surrogate Process" checkbox.
5. To save this setting choose another tab (for example: "Activation") and go back to "Implementation" tab.
To verify it has been saved try to browse between other objects and check if the checkbox is checked.
6. Run Dcomperm.exe tool.
