Symptoms

In cases when the user (VDS owner) has many IP filtering rules, it's become impossible to delete some of them.
No error is popped up, but after delete attempt the rule is still appears in the rules list.

This is known issue with SD GUI timeout in case when the VDS owner has many IP filtering rules.
The reason for this is that IP filtering table is displayed fully (no breaking into pages).

Resolution

.To workaround this issue the server administrator should use the following 5 OpenAPI commands to remove the IP rule:

In the following scenario we used the VDS name "testvds" having the rule for source IP address wildcard "111.*"

cmd="del"
keys_path="testvds\rules\111.*"
/>

cmd="del"
keys_path="testvds\activeservices\http\rules\111.*"
/>

cmd="del"
keys_path="testvds\activeservices\ftp\rules\111.*"/>

cmd="del"
keys_path="testvds\activeservices\pop\rules\111.*"/>

cmd="del"
keys_path="testvds\activeservices\smtp\rules\111.*"
/>

By executing the commands above the rule should be deleted from the system completely including GUI and internal database.
