Unable to add a new server group to a reseller profile.

A new server group was added to a environment, have tried to make this new service group available for one of the resellers profile but it is missing from the 'Available Server Groups' list (after clicking edit).



You need to enable the server groups of the parent reseller profile.

(Home > Reseller Profiles > Profile - Select Server Groups) and it will be available now.
