For the windows VDS, many times the control panel is not available. One of the reasons is the zone file for the VDS is corrupted.
Sphera always keeps backup of all zone files VDSs at:

\dns\Sphera_backup.

To correct this problem, you need to copy zone file from:  \dns\Sphera_backup to:  \dns directory.
