Symptoms

Error when clicking to DNS records in the control panel:
"can't include file: c:\program files\ServerDirector\temp/*_sphera_vds_dns_cash"

Resolution

The source of this issue is a corrupted zone file at C:\WINDOWS\system32\dns

The procedure to solve this issue is:

1. Rename the file .dns and change it to .dns.bad
 
2. Copy the file from: C:\WINDOWS\system32\dns\backup
 
3. Check that you able to browse to the DNS Records page in the VDS CP.
