Problem: When upgrading SDW to a newer version, the following error appears: "Unable to find account scope node: HTTP"



The source of the problem might be with the 'activeservice' node for a specific VDS in the manager.xml file. Every VDS has 3 'activeservice' nodes in its xml structure (email, ftp, http). The error report a missing node and in order to fix it, the missing part must be completed (you might need to delete the entire VDS in case it was deleted from the server, and has leftovers in the xml).

Use the attached script to check manager.xml validity (only the 'activeservice' node is being checked) by executing following procedure:

1. Copy the script into the conf folder (<sphera_home_dir>\conf).

2. From the command line, execute "cscript <full_script_path>" and wait for an error messages and "Finished" message.

3. In case an error was detected, the manager.xml file will need to be manually edited please contact the Support for assistance.

Note: The script doesn't fix manager.xml, but only checks for missing 'activeservice' node under each VDS.
