How is the bandwitdth calculated in VDS usage reports?

Resolution

Accumulated BW:

As you can see, in the report,

Accumulated Bandwidth MB: 187904.512043

Accumulated Last Reset:   2004/01/01,00:01:02 CET

Accumulated Next Reset:   2004/02/01,00:00:01 CET

So accumulated BW would be the accumulated BW of all VDS services (ftp, http etc..) since your last Reset and until today (when you generate the report).
BW in general is calculated as network reads +network writes.

Network Read:

The amount of KB that has been read from the network.

For example: FTP server received data from FTP client.

NOTE:
"network reads" AND "network writes" in the GUI are not being reset, so it would always show a higher sum then "Accumulated Bandwidth" which is calculating the sum of the values measured since last reset.

Network write:

The amount of KB that has been written to the network.
for example: FTP server sends data to ftp client.

More information:

CPU time:

Summation of all amounts of time the CPU actually spends on process.

I/O Read:

The amount of KB that has been read on the local server.
for example: reading data from hard disk of server

I/O write:

The amount of KB that has been written on local server.
for example: writing data to hard disk of server

Please note:

"network reads" AND "network writes" in the GUI are not reset, so it would always show a higher sum then "Accumulated Bandwidth" which is calculating the sum of the values measured since last reset.
