Only plan name is shown in the service description field of an invoice, it is unclear which domain is being billed. For example: domains Subscription


Plan periods descriptions are configured with wrong placeholder in the service plan(s).


The full domain name can be specified in the Service Description area of ARDoc notifications. To setup it follow the next steps:

  1. Open PBA-E > Product Director > Plan Manager > Service Plans.

  2. Choose a domain service plan you need to modify.

  3. Proceed to the tab Subscription Periods.

  4. Specify Description for all fee options using @@Subscription_Name@.

For example:

@@Subscription_Name@ Subscription fee

With such configuration full domain names will be added to a service description of the invoices. It is verified to be working in notifications for registering and renewing domains.
