Solution

Have you got Helm set up so that it changes to a secure site (https) when you go to the billing settings? If so, this suggests that Internet Explorer settings are preventing Helm from getting to the secure site.

Log into the server using the account that you have chosen as the "System Identity" in the Helm Configuration Tool. This is usually HELM_ADMIN.

Once logged into the server as that user, open Helm and go to Billing. Internet Explorer will switch to the https site, and you will see a pop-up box appear asking you if you want to be redirected to the secure page. This is what is preventing Velocity Pay from working. Make sure the box is checked to say "don't show this again", and click OK.

Auto-billing should now work correctly with no "Access denied" errors.
