Problem

When trying to delete a domain or a domain alias, it fails and I get the following errors in the log:

2005-09-15 11:53:57 CDomain.DeleteDomainEx 000000003021: Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record.{0}
2005-09-15 11:56:08 CDomainAlias.DeleteEx 000000003021: Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record.{0}
Solution

Go to the web service in Helm:

Home > System Settings > Servers > [Your Server] > Web Service

In the IP address box, is there an IP in there? If not, then this suggests that all of the IPs assigned to that server in Helm are set to dedicated. You need at least one shared IP for the web service. To change an IP from dedicated back to shared, go to:

Home > System Settings > IP Address Manager

Choose an IP that you want to make shared, and click it in the list. In the new screen, simply uncheck the box labelled "Static IP Address" and click "Save".

Now go back to the web service, select the IP from the dropdown box and click Save.

Try and delete the domain/domain alias now - it should work.
