Problem
 
When trying to log in to Helm, it gives an error:
 
Unable to log in due to a configuration problem. Please try again or contact support.
 
In the error logs, I see this error:
 
2005-08-19 08:56:47 ValidateLicenceEx Unable to validate system licence key.  Please check your setting via the Helm Configuration Tool or contact support.
Solution
 
This suggests that you licence hasn't been updated on your server. Go to the Helm Configuration Tool and click Update Now. This should come back with a success message. You should now be able to log in.
 
If it comes back with a message saying the key is in use, you should refer to this article to reset your key:
