When adding a domain to Helm it fails, and I get the following error in the Helm error logs:
2005-07-28 05:23:32 CDomain.AddDomainEx 0-2147220477: Failed to write to zone ''.
Command failed:  DNS_ERROR_RECORD_FORMAT 9702 (000025e6)
   ["C:\\Program Files\\WebHost Automation\\Helm\\System\\dnscmd.exe" SERVERNAME /RecordAdd @ SOA 2005072800 3600 900 604800 14400]{0}
This usually suggests that the name server has been set up incorrectly in the DNS Service in Helm. Have a look at the error carefully. In the above example, there are two dots in the name server name, which caused the error. If you can't see anything specific, try deleting and re-adding the DNS name servers through Helm.
If you still get the error, contact your support provider.
