I have a problem with auto billing in Helm. The credit card details look fine for my accounts, but it isn't taking any payments and HelmBilling.exe runs running through fine, but just says it didn't take any credit card payments.
In the logs is a Type Mismatch error.
Have you recently changed the credit card pass phrase in the Helm Configuration Tool? If so, the previously entered credit card numbers associated won't be able to be decrypted. There are two solutions for this:
1.) Either re-enter the old passkey into the Helm Configuration Tool
2.) Delete the credit card details from the affected accounts in Helm, then re-add them. They will then use the new passkey.
NOTE - there shouldn't be any need to enter a new passkey into the tool, unless you believe the last one had been compromised.
