Resolution

Problem

When trying to add a domain to Helm it fails, and I get the following errors in the log:

2005-02-09 14:42:57 modNTUsers.AddUserToGroup Object doesn't support this property or method
2005-02-09 14:42:57 FTP.IFTP_Execute Object doesn't support this property or method
2005-02-09 14:42:58 CFTP.AddFTPAccountEx Object doesn't support this property or method
2005-02-09 14:42:58 CDomain.AddDomainEx Object doesn't support this property or method

Solution

This suggests that there is something wrong with the way the HELMFTPUSERS group is working on the machine. Right-click My Computer, and choose Manage. Expand the Local Users and Groups menu, and click the Users folder. Is there a HELMFTPUSERS user in there? If there is, it will be because it has been manually added. It should not be in there - so delete it. Now click the Groups folder - is there a HELMFTPUSERS group there? If not, go into Helm and try and add a domain, then check the Groups folder again. If the HELMFTPUSERS group still hasn't been created, check the error logs again. If you are still getting the same error, contact your support provider.
