When adding FrontPage Extensions to a domain, it fails and the following error appears in the log:
2005-01-19 19:43:29 Website.IWeb_InstallFP Unknown error while installing FrontPage: The FP extension failed to install. FP Extensions responded: (-666) The user account '[USERACCOUNT]' cannot be added to the current virtual server because it is in use by a web on a different virtual server. User accounts created by Microsoft SharePoint or FrontPage Server Extensions can only be used by one virtual server at a time. Try to create a new account with a different name. ["C:Program FilesWebHost AutomationHelm\Systemfpremadm.exe" -adminusername adminfp2 -adminpassword **** -targetserver [Link to Sharepoint] -o install -t iis -p 80 -sp publish -m [domainname] -u useraccount]
This is actually a problem with FrontPage Extensions and not Helm. To rectify it, you need to refer to the following Microsoft article:
