Problem
 
When I try and add a POP3 account to a domain, I get the following error: 
 
CEmail.GetMailIP error '80040403'

Unable to get mail site ip. Please try again or contact support.

Solution
 
1.) Check that there is an IP assigned to the server. If not, add one. Then go into the mail service and resave it, using the new IP.
 
2.) If there is an IP already, make sure the "static" check box is unchecked. If it isn't, uncheck it and then resave the mail service.
 
3.) If 1 and 2 are fine, then check the Helm resources. Make sure that the mail resource has a service group added to it. If it doesn't, add it.
 
4.) If all of the above are fine, then it is likely to be an issue with either your plans, packages or both in terms of resource. Make sure that each plan and package you wish to offer mail on has the mail resource both enabled and selected from the dropdown box in Resource Settings.
