Symptoms

When adding a POP3 account to Helm when using MailEnable, it fails and I get the following in the error log:

When editing a POP3 account (or other mail-related account such as MRAs), you may get this error:

Resolution

This is an issue with MailEnable. The method that Helm is calling within MailEnable to create and edit mailboxes is failing, so you will need to reinstall MailEnable. If this doesn't work, you will need to contact MailEnable directly.
