Resolution

Problem
 
When submitting a payment through Helm using Linkpoint, it fails and I get this error:

Form Processing Error

The following errors occurred while processing your request:

It is not possible to order from the store at this time.

Contact the merchant for further information (error 1002).
 
 
Solution
 
This is due to the referral URL in Linkpoint being incorrect. Go into Linkpoint and make sure that the URL is as follows:
 
 
Replace [controlpaneldomain] with whatever domain your control panel is hosted on, e.g.
