Problem
 
With Smartermail installed I get the following errors in the logs when trying to add a domain:
 
2003-11-25 21:33:44 Mail.CreateEmailAccount Failed to log in.
2003-11-25 21:33:44 CEmail.CreateEmailAccount Failed to log in.
 
Solution
 
This error suggests that the login details for the mail service are incorrect in Helm. Check the username and password in Helm for the mail service are the same as the username and password you use to login to your mail interface.
 
You can get to the Mail Service in Helm here: 
 
Home > System Settings > Servers > Your Server > Mail Service
 
Alter the password to be the correct password you use to login to Smartermail, and resave the service.
