Resolution

If the databases don't show up it will be for one of these reasons:

1) The services haven't been added to Helm at
 
Home > System Settings > Servers > SERVERNAME
 
 
2) The services haven't been added to the Database Resource at
 
Home > System Settings > Resources > Database Resource
(in here you need to assign all of your database services to the Resource)

3) The hosting plans don't have a limit set for the database types.
 
Home > Resellers > YOUR RESELLER > Hosting Plans > HOSTING PLAN NAME > Resource Limits
 
 

4) The end user packages don't have a limit set for the database types.
 
Home > Users > END USER NAME > Packages > PACKAGE NAME > Resource Limits
