Resolution

By default, Hsphere uses email address set under 'main menu -> Settings -> Tech Support' to send ticket replies from. But when you have several Ticket Queues (http://www.psoft.net/HSdocumentation/admin/client_support_center.html#queue) defined in the Support Center (Ticket Administration) that Ticket Queue Email is used. It is defined in Ticket Queue configuration.
