Resolution

H-Sphere calculates traffic correctly. The problem is with webalizer and awstats tools, they skip some records in access.log. To check it first of all you have to enable debug loglevel in ~httpd/conf/httpd.conf: LogLevel debug Next you have to check domain.com error log (~username/logs/domain.com/error_log) You will get something like this: ... [Thu Jan 4 14:08:01 2007] [debug] mod_psoft_traffic.c(41): mod_psoft_traffic: Server domainh.com, timestamp 1167916081, keepalive:y, status: 304; internal redirects: 291; bytes received (now/before) 357/835; bytes sent: headers 9643, body 0, summary 293 [Thu Jan 4 14:08:01 2007] [debug] mod_psoft_traffic.c(41): mod_psoft_traffic: Server domain.com, timestamp 1167916081, keepalive:y, status: 304; internal redirects: 292; bytes received (now/before) 358/1068; bytes sent: headers 1173, body 0, summary 294 ... For some reason the headers have ~10 Kb while body = 0, so HS will collect 10Kb and webalizer will skip this record. Also, you may try to check traffic on port 80 via iptables. In any cases H-Sphere collects traffic correctly.
