Resolution

Most probably, you had some unsuccessful attempts to install H-Sphere. During the installation, you should install CFG directory on Default Web Site. It seems that you tried to install CFG with creating new site, and there can be incorrect/bad keys in metabase. 1. At first, check Software Requirements. 2. Then uninstall H-Sphere. 3. Download/install http://download.microsoft.com/download/iis50/Utility/5.0/NT45/EN-US/MtaEdt22.exe, and open LM\W3SVC key, via IIS management->Web sites you can see numbers - host IDs. You can compare it with numbers of keys in metabase, and find incorrect/bad/redundant keys in IIS metabase. Remove these bad/redundant keys . 4. Open componet services (start-programs-administrative tools-component services) then computers - my computer - com+applications and find IIS-{"hsphere web site"//Root//cfg} application and remove it. 5. Restart IIS (in cmd window run iisreset) 6. Install Hsphere CFG vir.dir. under Default Web Site or existing host in IIS.
