Resolution

If the account moderation failed, because of the following error in hsphere.log java.lang.NullPointerException, please perform:

1) Check the plan settings for the fields that are not filled. Usually they are: Mailbox quota, Disk space Quota, Summary traffic resources or other fields marked with red exclamation.

2) Fill in the above mentioned fields with a proper value.
