Following points need to be checked if the Webalizer is not working?
1.Change site log format from w3c extended log file format" to "NCSA Common Log File" to generate the webalizer reports. Site control panel > home > Services > IIS Web Service > Edit > Select IIS Log File Format
2. Make sure that Short date format was set as "mm/dd/yyyy".
You can check this from Control Panel >> Regional Language Options
