Details

When you try to upgrade a dedicated server to WEBppliance Pro 3.5 you get this error:

Unsatisfied dependencies or conflicts: \nfile /sbin/installkernel
from install of mkinitrd-3.3.10-1 conflicts with file from
package kernel-2.4.2-2\n

To resolve this you should download the latest kernel from RedHat's errata site and upgrade your dedicated WEBppliance. The installkernel binary has moved from the kernel RPM to the mkinitrd RPM and the upgrade does not upgrade the kernel. You can download the latest kernel for RedHat 7.2 (at the time of this posting) here:
